Hassett's Bakery make a delicious range of artisan foods including artisan breads, cakes, desserts, biscuits, crackers, granolas, and chocolates. Hassett's are famous for creating handmade biscuits in particular using only pure creamery butter and free range eggs sourced locally in West Cork, Ireland.
Their range of crackers include Linseed and black pepper, smoked chilli and emmental cheese. These melt in the mouth crackers are ideal with pate or cheese.
Their range of biscuits includes Irish shortbread, Jellystar, Chocolate Viennesse, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Lemon and Coconut Cookies, Orange and Poppy Seed Cookies and Mocha Cookies.
Owner and Master Baker Michael Hassett has been baking artisan craft breads, crackers and confectionary in Cork since 1984 and knows how to make delicious Irish food. The Hassett's range is inspired by Michael's extensive work and travels through Europe as a chef.
