Producer in Wexford;
Tim Nickerson and his family have been baking a delicious range of flaxseed crackers in their tiny north Wexford bakery since 2014. Each heart shaped cracker is mixed, rolled, cut and packaged by hand which makes them a truly artisan product. The crackers are slow baked using delicious seeds and Irish cold pressed rapeseed oil from Co Wicklow, that’s what makes the crackers so yummy and good for you.
Isle of Crackers produces a range of four flaxseed cracker varieties: original flaxseed, sesame, sesame and cranberry, and black olive. They are made using high quality ingredients including Irish milled flour, organic cold pressed rapeseed oil and high-quality flax and sesame seeds. Their Black Olive flaxseed cracker won a gold star at the 2017 Great Taste Awards.
The company has just completed building a new bakery which has allowed them to increase production, while still maintaining their handmade and artisan values.
