All About Irelands Artisan Pantry

Ireland’s Artisan Pantry delivers a selection of artisan Irish food on a monthly subscription basis.

By becoming a subscriber to Ireland’s Artisan Pantry, you will receive a box of hand-selected foods each month. We will send you a variety of gourmet foods that vary from month to month which have been carefully curated by us.

Each month you will receive six to eight full sized Irish food products from a different region of Ireland. The contents of each box are a surprise! Savour products including chocolate, crackers, biscuits, relishes, and jams. You will also receive an information booklet about the food producers featured that month and some food recommendations within their region. Gift messaging is included in the first box of any gift subscription.

We love surprises, and the contents of each box are a surprise! The magic of the Ireland’s Artisan Pantry experience involves helping you discover new products you may not normally be aware of.

We are an Irish company and all the products featured in the box are made on the island of Ireland.

Thank you for being interested in one of our past boxes! Unfortunately, due to limited inventory, we are currently unable to sell past boxes.

While the contents of each box vary, some products we offer within each box contain gluten. We intend to offer a gluten-free gift box in the future.

Due to limited inventory, we currently do not offer the option to customise boxes for certain dietary restrictions or food allergies. 

Boxes

Our Subscription and Gift boxes contain the same food each month and are shipped in the same manner. They differ by how they are billed.

Our subscription boxes are billed on an automatically recurring schedule - meaning, they renew when they expire. By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to be billed per the terms of your subscription plan. For more information of how subscriptions are billed, please see the Billing section under FAQ's. 

Gift boxes are a one-time payment. You can purchase 1 month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month gifts, and the charge will not renew, unless you decide to reactivate your gift order. When you purchase a multi-month gift, you are prepaying for the number of months you wish to gift, without committing to a renewing subscription plan.

Yes. We offer Gift boxes or plans which are one-time payments. To send someone a Gift Box or to gift a Subscription, simply enter your recipient's shipping address during checkout instead of you own. Alternatively, you can purchase a gift certificate for the site which the gift recipient can use to purchase goods from our site.

Absolutely! During the check out process you will be given the option to add a personalised gift note which we will include in your box.

Sure! If you would like just one box, check out our Gift options, where you can purchase an individual box without subscribing.

Oh no - that is definitely not what we want to hear. If your item is at all damaged (melted, defective, etc), we ask that you please take a photo immediately and email us at info@irelandsartisanpantry.com where we can assist you further. 

Billing

Our products are priced in Euro. When paying by credit card this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card. When purchasing products with non-Euro debit or credit cards, the exchange rates will be set by the cardholder’s bank. These rates fluctuate daily, for further information, cardholder should contact their bank as exchange rates are not applied by Ireland’s Artisan Pantry. 


We try to list availability information for products sold by us on our site. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on our site, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. Despite our best efforts, a small number of products on our website may be incorrectly priced in error. Rest assured, however, that we try to verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We offer one month or gift boxes (one-time purchases) for €49.99 plus shipping.

We offer 3, 6- and 12-month subscriptions at discounted rates, with 12 months being the best value option.

1 month: €49.99 plus shipping

3 months: €48.00 plus shipping

6 months: €46.50 plus shipping

12 months: €44.99 plus shipping

Your first bill will be when you complete Checkout.

Your subscription will then renew on the same date every month for 3, 6, or 12-months from the original purchase date depending on your subscription payment plan.

Any active Subscriptions will be listed here, click Cancel and follow the steps given.

Because the artisanal foods we curate are perishable and sometimes have short shelf lives, all items purchased through Irelandsartisanpantry.com are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returned orders/items. If an item arrives faulty or defected please contact us and we will gladly replace it for you.

We require that subscriptions be deactivated prior to renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for future boxes. 

If your order has been delayed and hasn't arrived from within 4 weeks from the ship date, please reach out to info@irelandsartisanpantry.com. Missing or lost orders must be reported within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date to be eligible for reimbursement.

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us at  info@irelandsartisanpantry.com for assistance.

At this time, all orders are processed in EUR.

For your reference we do have an on-site currency converter that will estimate the product price in select currencies.

However, this is only an estimate, and the value on your bank statement may be different from the estimate shown. The value charged in your local currency is subject to the exchange rate between EUR and your local currency at the time of your purchase.

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or any other type of credit/debit card.

Each country has their own laws and regulations when it comes to processing shipments from other countries. If customs charge fees or taxes charges do occur, you are 100% responsible for the fees. Ireland’s Artisan Pantry is not responsible for customs charges or taxes that your country may charge you upon delivery. Customs tax is charged by your local government and Ireland’s Artisan Pantry does not have control if you are charged import taxes.

You can do this by logging into your Account and navigating to the billing tab. If you need help with this, please email info@irelandsartisanpantry.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Ireland’s Artisan Pantry is a subscription service that automatically renews at the end of each cycle. We do this to ensure all members of our pack don’t miss a single box.

Please note that it is up to you to confirm your country's import regulations as we are not responsible for any custom fees that may incur to receive your shipment.

Unfortunately due to international postal restrictions arising from Covid-19 we are currently unable to deliver to the following countries:

Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Israel, Russia, Cyprus, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, The Philippines, Singapore.

Our boxes ship between 1st and 7th of each month. If you order before the last calendar day of the month, you will receive the box of the current month. If you order after this date, then you will receive the box for the following month.

It takes up to 2 working days for the box to arrive within Ireland and between 10 – 15 days for international customers. Please note delivery times may be longer than usual due to the COVID-19 impact on international shipping.

The cut-off date for the upcoming month's box is 11:59pm GMT of the last day of the current month. However, in certain months, we may sell out early. In those cases, the product description will state that orders will be for the next month's box.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your box or order will arrive by a certain date because our boxes ship directly from Ireland and international shipping can be unpredictable. If your shipment has not arrived after 6 weeks from the start of the month it was shipped, please feel free to contact us at info@irelandsartisanpantry.com and we will do our best to help.

Because we need a unique shipping address attached to each subscription or gift order, it is currently not possible to order multiple boxes going to different addresses in the same order. Please place a new order for each box that is going to a different address.

Before ordering, we recommend you double check any customs regulations that can affect your shipment and cause delays or problems. When items are shipped internationally, every shipment must go through customs. This may cause a slight delay for arrival of your shipment. After customs clears your package, it will be set to be delivered within your local post office! 

As many of you are aware, the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic is affecting shipping times from online retail purchases. Please rest assured, your order will arrive safely. The situation is ever-changing, and due to the decreased space on airline carriers, orders may take 1-2 weeks longer to arrive than originally estimated, and we truly appreciate your patience during this time.
